Haiku

Me: You are succulent;/as sweet as o-neh o-neh,/as soft as tau huay.
Chee: This is not normal. You are not normal.

*frown* Chee, just what did you mean by saying that I'm not normal? I insist that I'm perfectly normal! I came up with that haiku with a stroke of ingenious inspiration, and it really wasn't very nice of you to critisize my work like this! I demand that you apologize immediately! Why does no one appreciate my haiku, by the way? Don't all of you find it a masterpiece? Don't you think that it has captured the entire spirit of romanticism in just 17 syllables? How many writers can actually accomplish that? Tell me! >:/

Nah, seriously, I was just trying to be lame when I wrote that stupid haiku. Apparently ZX's sister kept laughing and laughing when she read it, and I'm really proud that my haiku provides such an immense amount of amusement for my readers! By the way, Chee, happy 17th birthday! I'll write you a proper haiku as a little token of my sincerity in addition to the belated birthday present which we're going to get for you tomorrow :) As for when I'll complete the haiku, that will really have to depend on when I'm going to having another stroke of ingenious inspiration dawning upon me again...

5:56 PM - and Time will say nothing but 'I told you so'.
